We received 1107 submissions for Hatober this year. This is also the first year where we hosted Hatober on the website, compared to on social media through hashtags.

This article is an appreciation post for funny / interesting submissions and to call out the dedication of some, picked out by admin, some Patrons, and me.

Some people's submissions were simply unhinged.

He doesn't know... But which distro are we talking? Not what he's called. soyshadie is procrastinating again. Hm. Age old question. I don't think Hat would be that great at social engineering email attacks. ?????????

Others were pretty awesome.

nafedalbi did a super cool cosplay. They also did a lot of amazing drawings for this event. If you know, you know. stupied drew the cutest baby. eggol drew Hat as the Rogue. A really cool piece by jaegerfoxx. merningjay did a lot of beautiful paintings. Max is the goodest doggo.

And here are some beautiful works.

kaftofi did a few pieces this month, all of which were incredibly beautiful. himignicest also drew many beautiful ink works this month. The palette on this one is amazing. How heartwarming! The perspective on this one is mindblowing. The dynamics on these poses are stunning. This one's so pretty. And of course, 4k4akane's painting. Check out pokoramora's incredible rendering.

We had some very dedicated people this month who did drawings for almost every day.

ninoeggies did a lot of amazing digital pieces this year. Some of us noticed that dejw mik had a story going on with their submissions. thisiskaox was another very dedicated artist. And blackwater's computer must be exploding right now from how much they rendered. This was my favorite of nafedalbi's pieces. wpeesp finished with blazing colors. We've had the pleasure of seeing UNKWN75's drawings throughout the entirety of this month. aurtisti carno06 did a lot of colorful artworks.

Admin and I have decided to keep Hatober2025 submissions open to everyone for now in case anyone wants to participate in the future, or for incredibly late stragglers.
