All user accounts are created through Patreon's OAuth - no login logic is stored on the site apart from legacy / developer accounts. Patreon's API provides us with information such as your current pledge, patroage length, etc. however we only use the following:
You are able to provide further information such as a 'codename' or a profile picture in your profile edit settings and are able to withdraw this information at any time.
You may delete your account at any time in the profile settings as well.
We don't share your information with any third parties, with the exception of any direct and credible requests from enforcement egencies to comply with the law, regulation, or legal process of any country / region. However, if you're undertaking activities that we deem suspicious, we will volunteer your information to law enforcement.
At the moment, we do not email you at all - it is stored purely for verification purposes.
Cookies are used to store login token and info about your preferences across the site e.g. to remember that you're logged in. Games on this website often store cookies to save your 'progress' (if any).
We collect your IP address during actions like registering, signing in, or posting content (such as forum posts). This helps us distinguish between users, identify patterns for moderation, and detect when multiple accounts may be linked to the same person.

Data that you have provided may persist in backups beyond an initial account deletion.
Under Australian law, you must be 16 and above to be a part of the LiteralHat.com Patreon, and therefore to create an account. Users found to be under the age of 16 will be banned from the site.
